[Ham] "Speaking for myself, collective (or as Micah rightly calls it, "collected") intelligence is a metaphor for books, files, theses, or other inanimate sources of knowledge compiled and used for reference purposes. Such compendia have no consciousness, no awareness, no intellect in themselves."
[Ron] I think I see your beef with the term "intelligence" but I must ask you then, what of this information That is commononly held in the human mind? Does a collection of communicating minds have more success In it's value assessments than an individual mind? Does this then qualify it as an evolutionary Step? -Thanks for your time Ham It is much appreciated. moq_discuss mailing list Listinfo, Unsubscribing etc. http://lists.moqtalk.org/listinfo.cgi/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org Archives: http://lists.moqtalk.org/pipermail/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org/ http://moq.org.uk/pipermail/moq_discuss_archive/
