     If 'this' (as in your above, "...the moment I say
this...") is dead static, then 'this' and 'that' will
struggle and will not stand down, will not give up
their ground, will be tough til a seemingly death
battle were one will seem to HAVE to be the winner. 
Static quality open with dynamic quality is creative
and changes.  A tree is a tree until its' branches are
soil and then a mushroom, etc...  Not this.  Not that.
 Is also this and that.  Either way not caught up in
the opposites of negation and is (non-negation) - mu
also 'not this' and 'not that'.
