Imagine that; a point getting lost here; who'da thunk it?

Static latching seems to me to be nothing more than a high level of
resistance. Just as cause seem like 100% probability. While the patterns of
resistance may be different in social or intellectual evolution the process
itself and most of the rules apply. Good ideas get passed along... Societies
that support their populations continue...

Hence my point that evolutionary theory is largely
Darwinian and is limited in its application elsewhere.
