Thanks everybody for your opinions. I think we almost had a consensus on
"deslizantes". But if somebody else has any other opinion, I will be
glad to hear it.
Well Erik, I am calling to the fixed landmarks, just landmarks, or in
spanish "puntos homólogos", that it is actually other word that has
different traslations. If you have any suggestion I will take it into
account.

Hi Jimena,
I agree with our Argentinean colleague,
"deslizar" is the most literal translation of the
English verb "to slide". Are you calling fixed landmarks "fijas"?
