Tim I have a question about having my kids reread songs we have learned. I would teach them a song and then they would each get a copy for their poetry/song folder. During these repeated reading times as I would observe them it seemed that most of them were not reading the text, but simply singing. (They LOVED the singing!!) This happened in shared reading as well as in partner reading. How can I guarantee that they are reading the words each time? Especially when they "know" the words. Ginger
