We have had about four sessions of training from the state already and a part of each session has involved the state regulations. We were just at a meeting on Thursday and were updated as to changes that have been made recently. ?I am thinking - though I do not know this for sure - that each state will submit a plan to the feds to be approved. So, for right now, the states are working on their own regulations and making adjustments based on feedback. We have had community input sessions, but I have not attended any.
