I am looking for ideas regarding how to implement a writing and reading workshop model for all students, working around Pull-outs for Title-1 and ESL (often up to one half of the class!), and of course specials, etc... There are so few hour long (at least!) chunks of time when I have my whole third grade class in the classroom without being subject to mandatory pull-outs.
