As someone new to the list I accidentally posted with an old subject line unrelated to my post. So, here it is again. Sorry and thanks for the help.
I am new to the list and brand new to the reading specialist field. I graduate in March. I have a question if anyone deals with the Qualitative Reading Inventory-5. In determining a word list level, do you base Independent, Instructional, and Frustrational ratings on the Automatic score or the Total Number of Words Correct? I just want to make sure I choose comprehension passages based on the right information. Thanks.
