hey guys
after a number of requests before & recently, i've put the code for getting
moses on the web onto svn.

NOTE - the code is still buggy
1. it craps out if there's more than 1 setence
2. it's overcomplicated
3. i'm not sure if it would stand multiple, simumltaneous web hits.

the moses executable doesn't do this.
several people have create scripts that enable moses to run in the
background but i'm not sure if they have made it public. i also have a
version but it is not stable. if u want the source code to debug, i can send
it to you.
