Hi, if you indeed want to translate a phrase separately (but you will be losing [bilingual] context information, as Philipp suggests), you can translate the original sentence as three separate sentences. The drawback is that you would be also losing the monolingual LM context.
Moses has (or had before the refactoring) the option -continue-partial-translation. After translating the first part of the sentence, you could feed it back in with the source of the second part and use this option to make use of the (target-language) monolingual context. If you just want to recover the bold markup, use word alignment information, that will very likely work even for the long phrase that spanned the zone boundary. Cheers, O.
