Ok, I tried from mozilla as well.
Despite downloading the DoD certificates I was told to get, it
says this when I go to the site in mozilla, after prompting me for
my card ID.
The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it
cannot be displayed.

* Open the webmail.foo.foo.gov home page, and then look for links to
the information you want. * If you believe you should be able to view
this directory or page, please contact the Web site administrator by

401 Unauthorized - The server requires authorization to fulfill
the request. Access to the Web server is denied. Contact the server
