  Will you provide the location of sources and/or documentation to create 
such a system? 
  The Internet functions because of great ideas and RUNNING CODE.  If we have 
a system available that is proven to work *well* (unlike the current morass), 
it counts more than 10,000 arguments that another way is better.

As always, my two cents.  Don't take it personally.  All opinions are those 
of the author.  YMMV, CYA, BYOB ASAP, etc.
