Well on the subject of Databases V Static files: Since the files on
mozilla.org are going to be changed quite infrequently, will be checked by a
human before being put on the server (I assume) and will be allways be
displayed in the same way, I cannot see that there is any need for a
database (as much as I love them), certainly not for the documentation part.
Databases come into thier own on sites where there are different users, who
will not necessarily ever see the same page in the same way, and who have
details that need storing.
