Greetings,

I was wondering what system Mozilla.org uses to write and maintain
documentation. In what ways can people help out with documentation?
Where is help needed most (with regards to documentation)?

Since most of the pages at Mozilla.org are aimed at technology
professionals ( or people who already are familiar with Mozilla), I
feel there is a need for another website, which could provide a
gentler introduction to Mozilla without having to use words such as
"binaries", "horked", "xpcom", or "branch-build."

I am thinking about creating a Tips and Tricks page for Mozilla,
which will be aimed at the average computer/Internet user, and not
necessarily at people who are already very familiar with Mozilla. What
kind of tips and tricks would be most useful to people on such a site.

Any thoughts or comments?

Regards,

- Jayesh
