Hi Jayesh,

as you have noticed, there is currently no real structure or tools for 
documentation. This is a known problem and we are trying to find 
solutions but it's not easy.
Currently we are focusing on the new website (moz.zope.org) which will 
hopefully lower the entry barrier to writing documentation (no longer 
need the cvs beast). We also have contacts with people interested in 
acting as documentation manager for the mozilla project, so hopefully 
that will make it better.

It has also been proposed in this newsgroup to use wikiweb, but I don't 
think that has been investigated yet.
Basically if you want things to advance, you have to take initiatives, 
otherwise nothing will be done at this point.

If you want I can point you at the technical documentation we could 
need. Not sure about the end-user documentation though.
