I disagree with the last proposal. Properties is an UI pattern - I know 
exactly what it means, does and when to use it. I'm actually sometimes 
searching for auch a menu item, and only look for other items, if I 
can't find it. If there is only "Image...", to me it could mean anything 
at first. Maybe use "Image properties...", or, better yet, "Properties > 
Image..."?
