The whole point of putting mozilla.org issues (policies, Web site, 
newsgroup naming, administrativia, etc.) in a group called "mozilla-org" 
is to separate those issues from "general", because most of the noise is 
likely to be dumped into "general".

Let's keep "mozilla-org" in the plan.
