Rats... I can't find the message now. Someone convinced me that the title
wasn't general enough. I remember you said that calling it
mozilla.dev.general would attract too many general questions; there is a
mozilla.general for precisely this purpose - it will most definitely be an
optional subscribe for everyone.

Why else should it be called .dev.mozilla-org? Or are you suggesting we
have that as well as a .dev.general?
