I don't know why applet lifecycle issues unique to Mozilla wouldn't be
topical in .oji. OTOH, if you're talking about generic applet lifecycle
issues, mozilla.* is the wrong hierarchy altogether.

There's more than democracy going on here. Largely it comes down to
making a convincing case to the PTB.
