I had the same problem.
I read something about this at the Alt.netscape6 website:
http://homepages.together.net/~chroma/ns6faq.html
I deleted to Mozilla DAT files from C:\windows, then I renamed
the mozilla profile in C:\windows\program files\netscape.
After this, Mozilla .7 installed flawlessly.
