Did you by chance install a skin other than those shipped with the
browser? If you did, then the install of .7 would have deleted the skin
but your profile still wants it. Deleting the profile gets you out of
this but an easier way is to create a new profile, download your skin,
then go back to your real profile.
It seems to me they should check for the skin then revert to classic or
Modern when the profile's skin isn't found. Surely they know that, so
I'll be quiet now. ;-)
