In fact, Mozilla is rendering this correctly, and IE is rendering it
incorrectly. The CSS, while valid, asked for a 0-width BODY tag, and so
that's what Mozilla did. Read the bug for the full story.

That bug has now been marked INVALID. The reporter agrees with this
conclusion :-)
