I don't believe mozilla loads the home page when you open a new window,
but whatever you have selected in prefs as the Navigator Start page,
which is the way I like it, personally. It may or may not be the home
page (I have mine set to Blank Page, which is not on your list). If you
change your Navigator start up page to Last Page Visited, does that give
you what you want?
