Start page vs. new page resolved. (This is already possible via
preferences as discussed in later posts.)
As another comment, let me say that what the new page does should
be a preference also. Personally, I CANNOT STAND having a new page be
the same as the current one. I find it quite confusing, and it's one
of my big peeves with IE. However, obviously, a lot of people like
this behavour. So it should be a preference in addition to the start
page.
