You're on track to depose the government of Afghanistan....

And it's simply not true to claim that these countries are poor simply 
because of corrupt government.

Then perhaps that should cause the US to wonder whether sending tons of 
food is the correct approach to aiding these countries. Perhaps buying 
their produce might be a good start. :-)
