Just because a company goes under it doesn't mean you can take their
"old" products a distribute them without paying royalties to the
original shareholders or the bankrupcy court who would later distribute
the funds to the people who are owed money by the bankrupt company.
Can you establish an airline and call it Eastern Airlines or Pan Am just
because they went bankrupt and you want to use a well known name? I
don't think so. Your would have to buy the rights to use that brand
name. Having the CEOs or other managers in jail for mismanagement is
irrelevant.
