Not quite. :) I'm 6'4", 225, but have really long fingers and very flexible
hands. Which helps when you drop a screw inside a computer case and you can't
just turn it upside down and shake...
Sorry to hear about your arthritis. Maybe using a Mac is what caused it. ;)
