Well, what I did was " EXACTLY" this: 1. Read your instructions 2. Read your instructions again with reading glasses on 3. After reading your instructions, opened a COMPOSE window to send message 4. Opened browser whilst compose window was open 5. Opened a web site in the first TAB 6. Right-Clicked on the TAB BAR and selected "New Tab" 7. "New Tab" opened to the RIGHT of the first TAB 8.
