Actually, "shortcut icon" only applies to the icon in the URL bar and 
tabs while icon more generally refers to both the shortcut icon and the 
bookmark icon.  There doesn't appear to be a way as of yet to link 
directly to the bookmark icon(ie so you can make your bookmark icon and 
shortcut icon different)...
