Try renaming a file in explorer... forgetting about it and scrolling back up to the top, then hit backspace... I will agree that this doesn't happen often though and I've only been caught out a couple of times because two "slowish" clicks on a file put it into rename mode... >But if this must be kept in, it should be Windows Only, IMHO.
