(ex.: Netscape 6.5 / "MachV" gets released in April => Mozilla 0.9.8 was released in February => Netscape 6.5 is based on open-source-only-release Mozilla 0.9.8.1, whereas Mozilla 1.0.0 is nearly out that time - note that this is an example. i would prefer Netscape to release the 6.5 version after Mozilla 1.0.0 is finished, so it'll be a real solid thing.)
