Back is also a place. The Back button takes you to that place.
Home is a place. The Home button is a navigation button because
it takes you to that place called Home.

If you want to be technical about it, Back is also a shortcut
whose href is "javascript:history.back()".

Home is a shortcut whose href is something like "yahoo.com".

But enough of the philosophical discussion, the point is we
have to be sensitive to the end user's known practices. Who
cares if Home is "navigation" or not, if a user finds it practical
to go back to his starting place at a click of a mouse, then
Moz should not be the only browser in the world that
doesn't allow him to.
