I might be woefully *under*informed, but I've always come across the 
invention of CSS in conjunction with the name H�kon Lie.  If they're 
claiming that IE is the most W3C-standards-compliant browser in the 
world, they can't possibly be referring to IE 6.  So much for truth in 
advertising, eh?
