Just my opinion, but I'd rather a half-done implementation than none at all. At least then the user will see something (usually correct) where an SVG graphic should be. As an analogy, should Netscape 4.x have dropped all CSS support just because the implementation it did have was buggy? Jeffrey Yasskin
