Yep, IE's implementation is not as conforming as they claim. For example
neither xsl:apply-imports or LRE stylesheets are implemented at all (well,
they have an implementation of LRE stylesheets, but it's basically useless).

But in all honesty, IE is more conforming then we are, but we're working on
it. Including working on a list of XSLT bugs we feel are mozilla1.0
critical.
