We're going to rework the list of problem types. Any input you all have would be helpful. My plan was to go through a few thousand layout and tech evange bug reports (probably starting with dupes since they're unlikely to have their summaries improved) and try to figure out what the language is that most people will understand. From you all it would be good to get a list of actual problem categories as well as input on the word choices.
Just as a starting point and a place for me to save my work, here's my rough stab at the most common words people use to file bugs on page/site problems (top 100 most used summary words from a sample of about 7500 bugs which I think had original summaries and which seemed to be reporting problems with pages or sites. I coalesced variations and removed unimportant words from the ranking.)

My methodology is suspect and my execution was error prone, so don't take this anything but a rough sampling of common bugzilla language.
This list probably covers a little bit about both problem types and the words that people use to describe those problems.
