Some quick comments:
I think "login required" would be better than "behind login".
I think we already changed that. Agreed.
It's not clear to me what the difference between "doesn't appear" and "doesn't load" is.
We're going to rework the list of problem types. Any input you all have would be helpful. My plan was to go through a few thousand layout and tech evange bug reports (probably starting with dupes since they're unlikely to have their summaries improved) and try to figure out what the language is that most people will understand. From you all it would be good to get a list of actual problem categories as well as input on the word choices.
I don't see a way to copy report IDs, and they're long enough that this makes the lookup by report ID pretty much unusable.
Yeah. I'm actually not sure why we can't do something simple like start at report 1 and just increment. Being able to copy would be nice. It's an often requested feature for Talkback as well.
I'm not sure whether we want to pre-prompt the description the way the bugzilla helper does, say by listing "Steps to Reproduce" and a numbered list (in part, because I'm not sure how the target audience of this tool would respond to that).
For the query setup:
At least the search host seems not to do substring matches (eg searching on "mozilla" or "mozilla.org" does not find "www.mozilla.org" listings).
The "Gecko" field in the results is not helpful, since it's just all zeros (though this may be a Firefox bug; I'm not sure).
I think this isn't fully implemented yet because Robert was trying to figure out what the best identifier is. There was a new id proposed in toolkit/xulrunner that got us going down the wrong track. I believe the plan now is to simply use rv and build ID.
The platform list is confusing to me. What platform do I use to search for reports filed on Linux/PPC? What about Solaris?
Good feedback. We probably need to make this a bit more complete, possibly splitting into hardware and os.
It would be very helpful if the reports included the output of about:buildconfig, I think.
Ahh, that'd be good too. Are there particular bits of that which would be most helpful? I'm hoping we can keep these reports from growing too large.
