The only thing under consideration is dual-licensing MPL/NPL code, which is
currently generally agreed to be incompatible with GPL projects. Since the
philosophical bent of the Mozilla project is to get used as widely as
possible we'd like to fix this; the GPL incompatibility is more of a
technicality than an intention.
We do, however, have to get permission to change the license from the
authors in order to change the license.
