You mean, it should be possible to limit the width of the paragraph? You 
can do that today already.

So, if you don't like that format=flowed wraps only at he windows width, 
because your window is too wide to allow a comfortable reading, you can 
do some CSS to achiove what you want. Should work with current builds.
