I think my biggest gripe about this whole thing is that the pref only
works sometimes. IMHO, if the message is plain text, it should display
the >, format=flowed or not. I, too, hate html mail and if format=flowed
falls into that category, then I wish people would turn it off. Now
there's a pref that *does* work.
