Hint: Consider the use of whitespace...

BTW, Ben: How hard would it be to add a (hidden) pref for disabling
support of format=flowed entirely? As a short term measure until gecko
can be extended to support the necessary display, there are some people
(myself included) who would consider the blue bar a greater evil than
the lack of wordwrapping...
