Too many steps. This feature is for fighting large amounts of email. The 
reply should be possible with one command (menu, keyboard shortcut).

This opens a new question:
For some templates, you might want to allow edition (i.e. open Mail 
Composer) after application,
for others, this would require one more command (1. reply with template, 
2. send), which is already to much.

How about setting all those options (1. format, 2. reply-type 
(recipients), 3. open composer) in the template? But this would have a 
large disadvantage, if a user wants to switch between those options.
