Given that I respond to dozens of tech support requests amongst various
news groups and mailing lists, I've had to develop a quick an easy
system, due to the majority of questions being of the "frequently asked"
types.
Its a pleasure using the Macintosh operating system, where any boiler
plate message can be simply "dragged and dropped" into an email window.
About the *only* typing I do on posts from these mozilla org groups, are
the words. [Off Topic] in the subject header.
