IMO, this button should go away altogether.
Apart from obvious UE reasons (less is more), the button toolbar
currently defines the minmus window width, which is way too large anyway.
Also, most of the commands are awailable sufficiently conviently enough.
- There are very small, editable columns for "unread" and "flag" in the
thread pane. Using them is way faster than the Mark button.
- 4.x Used the newsgroup context menu for Mark All Read, which is
completely OK IMO (and should be supported in Mozilla as well BTW).
- Left is only Mark thread as read, for which we can certainly find
another convient place (note that you have to open the menu of the
button anyway to access that feature).
