No problem,

the *Nightlies* are located at:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/

the *Milestones* are at: http://www.mozilla.org/releases/

The difference can be explained as follows:

Mozilla is continually being developed and improved. Every "evening",
whatever development is reached then is compiled into a "nightly build".
After about a month of development, the most stable "modules" from the
nightlies are used to compile a "Milestone Build".

So you see, the nightlies are more current, but can also be less stable
than a milestone since they are generated more rapidly and new features
receive less testing (actually, the nightlies are for testing the newest
additions). The milestones are less current (only come out once a month)
but therefore more stable, since about a week before a Milestone comes
out, the features available at that time are frozen and the modules are
"branched" away from the main "trunk". No new additions are allowed on
this branch, and the existing features are thoroughly tests during the
week between the "branch-time" and the "Milestone Release".

So the nightlies are the "Trunk" and a Milestone is a "Branch" from the
trunk [:)]

The current Milestone is Mozilla 0.9.2. The next Milestone (Mozilla
0.9.3) os only a week or so away.

I suggest to create two sepearate installations (as described in my
previous post) so you always have a more stable (i.e., Milestone) and
more current (i.e., Nightly) build [;)]

BTW. You can just install a newer vversion over an existing one, just
like with any other decent program (unlike M$ office). All your settings
will be retained, only the program itself will be updated. This is maily
because your settings are stored in one location, and the program in
another location (i.e., subdirectory).

PS. You sent this question to the newsgroup and to me *separately*. In
the future, please just click on the "Reply All" button so when I reply
to your email, and I too hit "reply All", my answer goes to you by email
*and* to this newsgroup, thus allowing others here to benefit from the
new information ;)
