I wandered over to the Mac OS X Mozilla group (as Justin so kindly
pointed out) and I have found the answer to my threading problem. It
will not work from the drop down menus, but there is a little "icon" in
the left-most part of the upper pane that houses the headers, that when
selected, threads all the messages.
I just thought you all might find this usefull if some other lost soul
comes in asking :)
I'll post the other two answers if I find them.
Take care, and this is a refreshing newsgroup. I hang out on the Palm
groups, and that can be flamatory if you know what I mean.
