for the most recent Mail-menu specs, they say CTRL++ and CTRL+-.
IMO it should remain like that, since it is much more intuitive than
CTRL+=. If I want something bigger, I don't press 'equal' (and I have a
German keyboard, with no need to press SHIFT).
