The menu spec says the official accelerator is PLUS, not EQUAL. However,
knowing the American keybord design, I understand why EQUAL is also
desirable (not only, *also*!).
BTW, on my keyboard the PLUS-accelerator does not work on the numeric
keypad, MINUS does. Strange...
