OK, but Ctrl++ (neither Shift = or the + on the numeric keypad) still
does not work for me with mozilla built from source CVS'd yesterday.
I've got an English UK keyboard so there still appears to be an issue
with it. I can, and am willing, to test this if you, or anyone else,
tells me how.
