This incredible complexity of ROT13 has driven me to hope there would be
a working de-/encoder. Perhaps I could face the horrifying task and
write me a perl script to decode the text but I don't want these
hundreds of sleepless nights to solve this problem. :)
It's really weird that Mozilla can't decode ROT13 (at first I couldn't
believe it).
